Production Team Member Radon Mitigation / Indoor Air Quality

This position is perfect for anyone looking to begin a new trade such as electrician apprentices plumbers carpenters handymen and construction workers. Day-to-day work is fulfilling and you literally save lives! We protect our St. Louis area communities from lung cancer and other indoor air hazards.

Compensation

$45000 $65000 first year expectation. Base salary plus performance bonus incentives.

Benefits: 20 days paid time off 401K with 3% company match health/vision/dental/life company paid Long and Short term disability

Tasks and Responsibilities

This position requires a diverse skill set. To fill the primary needs of this role the team member must:

Make Customers Happy

Keep the customers home clean and proactively take measures to leave it in better condition than found.

Get Work Done

Safely and efficiently perform installation of radon mitigation systems and other indoor air quality products.

Collect payment from the customer when the job is completed.

Proactively review job specifications to determine the materials tools and equipment needed for the job and load the truck.

Safety

Ensure that all aspects of work are performed safely and call out safety concerns as soon as they are identified.
