Job Description:In this role the Residential Caseworker will help each consumer reach a maximum level of self-sufficiency through individualized interventions as well as the support of an overall therapeutic milieu. Interventions are based on service plans developed collaboratively with individual consumers.

$18.00/hour

PRN/PT weekends & overnight shifts available

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with people providing hands-on support and gaining valuable experience in behavioral health social services or healthcare.

What Youll Do

  • Provide person-centered services in accordance with Recovery Model principles and program standards.
  • Assist residents with life skills development including budgeting self-care medication management and community living skills.
  • Provide supportive counseling and crisis intervention when needed.
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans.
  • Connect residents with community resources and support services.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Collaborate with treatment teams providers and supports to promote positive outcomes.

What Were Looking For

  • Associates Degree with at least 1 year of experience in a health & human service-related field (preferred)
    • CNA experience and recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
    • Compassionate reliable and comfortable providing hands-on support when needed
  • Clearances: Criminal Clearance and Fingerprint-based federal criminal history
  • Valid Drivers License (required)
