Residential Behavior Interventionist Mountain View

The Developmental Services Residential Programming at Northwestern Counseling & Support Services is seeking compassionate dependable and motivated individuals to provide support to people with emotional and behavioral challenges in both community and residential settings.

What Youll Do: As a Residential Behavior Interventionist youll play a vital role in creating a structured therapeutic environment where individuals can thrive.

Current Shifts:

• Thursday 8AM-4PM
• Friday 8AM - 8AM on Saturday

What Were Looking For:

• A positive attitude and a strong calm presence
• A commitment to therapeutic engagement and meaningful connection
• The ability to foster consistency and structure in a dynamic environment
• Prior experience with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities or mental health conditions is ideal
• Experience in behavioral or therapeutic residential settings is preferred

Requirements:

• Valid drivers license
• Reliable transportation
