Once a conditional offer is made and a background check has been completed if SAILS Washington is concerned about a conviction that is directly related to the job we reserve the right to withdraw the offer of we Provide: Medical Vision and Dental InsuranceVoluntary Short-term and Long-term DisabilityEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Company Paid Basic Life Insurance & ADD plus Voluntary Life InsuranceAccrued Paid Time OffUnlimited Peer Referral ProgramWorking Advantage employee discount programHealth Savings Account (HSA)Flexible Savings Account (FSA)401(K)Capella University DiscountThe Area Directors role is comprised of but not limited to the following duties and responsibilities:Ensure overall quality of care supervision and safety of SAILS Washingtons oversight training analysis and leadership to all Residential supervisors on all aspects of facility closely with the Program Management team to ensure that the facilities meet all the areas of implementation of staff schedules across the review and and sign the Program Managers mileage and submit Program Managers PTO and weekly meetings with the Client Care Committee to communicate any change and review facilities guidance and direction to House Managers on the management of challenging issues and relations with staff and and follow up on Program Managers & House Managers Weekly a weekly report with the status of each area Washington Residential Director and Executive DirectorPlacement of new hires interviews staffing needs on-site training (if needed) supervising effectiveness of peer staff receive initial and continuous with HR in investigations due to any staff issue/ all PCSP meetings for behavioral/ challenging clients and any other meeting if with the behavior team after PBSP meetings regarding challenging/high behavioral clients to be aware of any updates and performance IRs and keep track of that good quality of clients activities/outings are planned and regularly scheduled to include special events such as holiday parties birthdays and community Quick Checks due for each with the Compliance team to ensure Quality Assurance of each program is being that policies are being followed clients are receiving necessary client annual plan annual Individual Plan Positive Behavior Support Plan Refusal of Services Plans and Restrictive Procedure plans are written within required with Behavior Support Team to ensure behavior data is collected reviewed and analyzed every six months to ensure behaviors are being tracked and plans are effectively Semi-Annual plan reviews are completed with Program Supervisors and Behavior Team to ensure client goals are and that progress is being positive relationships with stakeholders clients families guardians and other agencies that are involved in clients care and meetings with guardians and case managers to ensure clients and guardians concerns are addressed and solutions maintenance of all quality assurance concerns within the duties as :Bachelors degree preferred and/or two years specialized training emphasizing Social Services and at least three years experience working within a business mental health or social services setting.3 to 5 years of supervisory experience supervising 5 - 30 employees. Background in running Independent and Supported Living Aid/CPR and CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention)Must be at least 21 years of ageMust have a Washington Drivers LicenseCandidate must successfully pass all pre-employment requirements including but not limited to a lifetime background provide own vehicle (Company vehicle not provided) and auto be willing to cover shifts as needed and be part of on-call be able to obtain an NAR within 90 days of Washington and Citizen Access Residential Resources are part of the Redwood Family Care Network family of companies.
