Resident Safety Assistant / Security (Evening Shift)

Looking for a role where you can stay active help others and make a real impact WellSpring is hiring a Resident Safety Assistant to support the safety and security of our community while also assisting with resident transportation needs.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in security law enforcement or military or someone who enjoys being hands-on and making a difference.

• Shift: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM (Evening Shift)
• Schedule: Thursday through Sunday (includes weekends)
• Pay Range: $17.02 $18.05/hour (based on experience)
• Additional Pay: Shift and weekend premium available

• Perform routine patrols of the community (both on foot and by vehicle)
• Provide a visible professional presence to support resident safety
• Respond to safety concerns incidents and emergency situations
• Assist residents and visitors with needs (directions packages mobility support etc.)
• Provide transportation for residents as needed
• Maintain accurate logs reports and vehicle records
• Monitor and report any unusual activity or hazards
• Help maintain a safe secure and welcoming environment

(This role supports both safety/security functions and resident transportation needs. )

• Must be 25 years or older
• Valid North Carolina drivers license with a clean driving record
• Experience in security law enforcement military or related field
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay alert and make sound decisions
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
