Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean safe and well-kept apartment
- Adhere to all community guidelines and policies
- Serve as a positive representative of Public Storage
Qualifications :
To be eligible for this amazing opportunity you must meet the following criteria:
- 6 months of tenure with the company for lateral transfers or A-PM positions
- 1 year of tenure and no adverse apartment activity with PS in the past year for Resident Manager (Apartment) positions
- 1 year of tenure with the company for KTP positions
- No DAS during the last 6 months
- Last performance rating of Meets or above based on tenure and review cycle
- Must be a strong performer in your area
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Maintain a clean safe and well-kept apartment
