The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $94125 - $138000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location education experience knowledge and skills.

What You Will Do In This Role:

• Lead coordinate and advise all functions of their report staff.

• Perform at a professional level to interpret/process more sophisticated less clearly defined issues.

• Identify and resolve complex problems.

• Define workflows jobs and reporting relationships to gain optimum efficiency.

• Participate in the development of department budgets and business plans for the functional area.

• Evaluate and recommend changes in methods or procedures within own area of responsibility and communicate to the customer.

• Identify resource needs and develop justification.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.

What We Are Looking For:

• Associate degree technical degree or equivalent experience.

• Demonstrate and apply broad knowledge of concepts practices and procedures for managed work group(s).

• Demonstrate understanding and application of supervisory approaches for work direction motivation performance management and disciplinary action.

• Possess 5 years of successful experience in a related field and successful demonstration of position and key responsibilities as presented above.

• Able to gauge identify and implement training based on skill assessment results.

• Able to manage critical metrics and fault data using these methods: Track and measure evaluate and analyze the data and implement and direct improvement.

• Able to build reports and communication materials to supervise and report performance issues.

• Demonstrate continuous improvement of maintenance and operations of Material Handling Equipment requiring MHE or equivalent experience to the customer.
