Job Summary
The Resident Care Coordinator supports the Director of Wellness in maintaining high standards of resident care staffing coordination and team development. This role plays a key part in ensuring care teams are supported schedules are maintained and residents receive safe quality services in a compassionate and compliant environment.

What Youll Do
- Coordinate schedules for CNA CMA and PSA team members to maintain appropriate staffing levels
- Support onboarding training competency checks and ongoing development of care staff
- Assist in monitoring resident care services and ensuring compliance with company standards
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and collaborate with leadership on staffing and resident needs
- Ensure timely completion of resident weights vitals and required documentation
- Monitor care team adherence to safety procedures policies and administrative expectations
- Provide coaching and support to care staff to promote a positive and service-focused environment
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all resident family and team member interactions
What Were Looking For
- Current Medication Aide certification required
- Experience in senior living assisted living or healthcare environments preferred
- Previous experience supporting or leading care teams preferred
- Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage staffing coordination and multiple priorities effectively
- Professional team-oriented mindset with strong customer service skills
