Joining our Team Member Housing Team as a Housing Assistant means creating a welcoming safe and supportive living environment for our seasonal Team Members. Youll help manage daily housing operations assist residents with their needs and foster a positive community experience.

• Assist with daily operations of Team Member housing facilities to ensure smooth functioning.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to resident inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness safety and maintenance standards.
• Support move-in and move-out processes including room assignments and key distribution.
• Enforce housing policies and assist with conflict resolution when necessary.
• Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams for timely issue resolution.
• Plan and support community-building activities and events to enhance resident engagement.

• Individuals with the ability to remain working on their own for extended periods.
• Previous experience in housing hospitality or customer service preferred.
