What You Will Do

- Build meaningful relationships with residents and help create a warm welcoming environment where everyone feels valued respected and at home.
- Provide personalized support with activities of daily living including bathing dressing grooming toileting and mobility while promoting comfort choice and independence.
- Administer medications accurately according to physician ordersand maintain clear documentation.
- Observe changes in resident condition communicate concerns to the nursing team and respond promptly to resident needs.
- Help create a vibrant community by encouraging engagement supporting resident activities and maintaining a cleansafe welcoming environment.
What You Will Earn
Competitive Pay: $19.30-$21.30 per hour PLUS shift differentials. Potential earnings up to $25.80 per hour.
- $1.75/hour (Evenings): $21.05-$23.05
- $2.75/hour (Overnights): $22.05-$24.05
- $1.75/hour (Weekends): $21.05-$23.05
- $3.50/hour (Evenings Weekends): $22.80-$24.80
- $4.50/hour (Overnights Weekends): $23.80-$25.80

What You Will Need:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Current QMAP First Aid Basic Life Support and AED certification
- 1 year of experience providing personal care preferred.
- Ability to act independently in routine and emergency situations and demonstrate computer competency.
