What You Will Do

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and help create a warm welcoming environment where everyone feels valued respected and at home.
• Provide personalized support with activities of daily living including bathing dressing grooming toileting and mobility while promoting comfort choice and independence.
• Administer medications accurately according to physician ordersand maintain clear documentation.
• Observe changes in resident condition communicate concerns to the nursing team and respond promptly to resident needs.
• Help create a vibrant community by encouraging engagement supporting resident activities and maintaining a cleansafe welcoming environment.

What You Will Need:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current QMAP First Aid Basic Life Support and AED certification
• 1 year of experience providing personal care preferred.
• Ability to act independently in routine and emergency situations and demonstrate computer competency.
