Clarity Eye Center is one of Central Texas leading ophthalmology practices and were growing. Were looking for an ambitious optometrist who enjoys medical eye care thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to work side-by-side with experienced ophthalmic surgeons.
Youll practice at the highest level of optometry while managing complex ocular disease co-managing surgical patients and helping patients achieve life-changing visual outcomes.
What Makes This Opportunity Different
Youll work directly with our surgeons every day gaining experience that most optometrists never see in private practice.
Your practice will include:
- Medical management of glaucoma dry eye corneal disease retinal conditions and other ocular pathology
- Pre-operative and post-operative care for cataract refractive cataract glaucoma and other surgical patients
- Diagnosing and managing complex eye disease
- Collaborating with surgeons on patient care and treatment plans
- Comprehensive medical eye examinations and patient education

Qualifications
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
- Active Texas Optometry license (or eligibility)
- Residency training strongly preferred
- Passion for medical optometry and ocular disease
- Strong diagnostic and communication skills
- Team-first attitude and commitment to exceptional patient care
