Job Summary
Pay:$24.00$25.50 per hour! (Depending on related experience)
Nature of Work:
Under the direction of the Residential Coordinator or their Designee the Residence Manager is responsible for the overall daily operations of the residence to include but not be limited to assuming primary responsibility for the scheduling training supervision and evaluation of direct care staff monitoring the physical plant assisting in hiring of program staff assisting in intake and discharge of persons served and monitoring the program to ensure compliance with Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) regulations as well as Agency Vision Mission Philosophy and Values. The Residence Manager works collaboratively with the Shift Supervisors QIDP and Nurse to ensure that each person is receiving all services needed.
Qualifications:
- A.A.S. in Human Services or related field is strongly preferred. A High School Diploma or GED along with five years supervisory experience in a program which services consumers with intellectual disabilities (preferably a residential program) may be considered
