The City of Rockingham is seeking an experienced and motivatedReserve Infrastructure Supervisor to lead the delivery ofmaintenance and improvement works across the Citys reserve andbuilding infrastructure.

In this role you will supervise a diverse team and contractorsensuring high-quality cost-effective maintenance services whiledriving safety performance and continuous improvement. You willalso oversee key programs including graffiti management andinfrastructure asset maintenance.

To be considered for this role you must address thefollowing selection criteria as part of your onlineapplication:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills including customer service conflict resolution supervisory and interpersonal
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure asset maintenance practices and effective systems to reduce whole of life costs
• Substantial experience in the building or infrastructure industry with a focus on delivering effective maintenance and renewal programs
• Significant experience in a leadership role including monitoring staff and contractors
• Degree diploma or trade qualification in building construction or related field

We are offering a gross salary of $111967 perannum and:

• 12% superannuation with the option to co-contribute up to a further 5%
