Reservations Specialist

We are seeking an organized customer-focused Reservations Specialist to assist clients with researching coordinating and managing travel reservations.

In this remote role you will communicate with clients to understand their needs research available options provide reservation information and assist throughout the booking process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented enjoys helping people and is comfortable working independently in an online environment.

• Assist clients with reservation inquiries and booking requests
• Research accommodations cruises transportation activities and other travel options
• Provide clients with accurate information regarding availability pricing policies and reservation details
• Coordinate booking details with travel suppliers and service providers
• Respond to client questions via phone email and online communication
• Maintain organized and accurate reservation records
• Assist with reservation changes updates and special requests
• Follow up with clients before and after bookings as needed
• Provide professional and responsive customer service throughout the reservation process
• Participate in ongoing training and stay informed about booking resources and supplier options
