Reservation Specialist – Remote

We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Reservation Specialist to assist clients with travel inquiries reservation coordination and ongoing customer support.

This remote role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people managing details researching options and providing a positive customer experience.

Training and resources are available for individuals who are new to the travel industry.

• Respond to client inquiries regarding travel and reservation options
• Gather information about client preferences dates destinations and travel needs
• Research available accommodations cruises tours resorts and vacation packages
• Assist clients with reservation details using approved travel supplier platforms
• Verify booking information for accuracy
• Provide clients with relevant confirmation and travel information
• Assist with reservation updates and changes when needed
• Communicate with suppliers regarding reservation questions
• Maintain accurate and organized client records
• Provide professional follow-up throughout the reservation process
• Stay informed about supplier policies and destination information
