Job Summary
Sika is looking for an experienced Research Technician to join our team.
- Assist DOE DFMEA to facilitate transfer of new products into production
- Assist in Pilot runs
- Work on assigned projects independently
- Understand equipment manual and is able to use equipment to its capabilities
- Evaluate and recommend equipment required for project work
- Independent customer specification testing
- Support product maintenance lab work
- Write technical reports independently
- Leads IATF 16949 calibration and documentation
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma and 7 years experience in thermoplastics thermosets in automotive OEM market or College degree in General Sciences
- Good oral communication and writing skills
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Word Excel Power Point or equivalent
