What Youll Do:
Develop advanced power and thermal management technologies for military and commercial applications
Design build and validate prototype systems to demonstrate new concepts
Conduct experimental research in heat transfer fluid dynamics and micro-fluidics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and identify solution pathways
Analyze data interpret results and refine designs using sound engineering judgment
Contribute to the advancement of innovative R&D initiatives within the Power and Thermal-Fluids group
What You Need:
M.S. or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering Aerospace Engineering Physics or a related field (05 years of experience; higher experience considered)
Strong technical background in heat transfer and fluid dynamics
Hands-on laboratory and experimental research experience
Proficiency in data analysis interpretation and technical problem-solving
Familiarity with modeling and simulation tools (e.g. ANSYS Fluent Icepak Workbench) is a plus
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in dynamic cross-functional teams
Passion for innovation continuous learning and developing cutting-edge technologies
US citizenship due to access restrictions.

Salary Range:
$90800.00-$121100.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including but not limited to location local regulations (such as minimum wage) education/training work experience key skills and type of position.
