The Opportunity

Join the School of Earth Atmosphere and Environment as a Research Fellow in Aeolian this role you will lead cutting edge research within the Australian Research Council Discovery ProjectDP.

Based within the Monash Geomorphology Laboratory you will work in close collaboration with Associate Professor Kathryn Fitzsimmons Dr Andrew Frierdich and Dr Andrew Gunn as well as a team of trainees guiding research direction and supporting student training.

Your responsibilities will include linking aeolian sediment sink properties to sources using remotely sensed (e.g. hyperspectral) and climate reanalysis data calibrated with in situ field data laboratory analysis and numerical models of landscape evolution.
