Key Responsibilities The research consultant is responsible for accurately documenting analyzing and reporting data collection trends within USDC. This position requires a wide range of knowledge pertaining to the rules and regulations of an intermediate care facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a keen attention to detail strong communication skills and a thorough understanding of the needs and care requirements of individuals with intellectual disabilities. About the Role
This is a first level research consulting job. Incumbents are required to have a wide range of knowledge of assigned subject matter. Incumbents consult directly with or present directly to Division Directors or other high ranking agency officials routinely in the performance of their duties. Incumbents perform independent study and analysis of significant and critical issues of concern to an agency. Incumbents recommend policy options form conclusions and develop recommendations based on project findings and provide detailed cost allocation plans and impact analyses and facilitate the use of research data to improve existing programs. Incumbents follow specific instructions policy and procedures or use well defined methods and techniques. Incumbents work with a moderate level of supervisory controls and errors in data and/or recommendations have a limited impact to the agency. Incumbents may functionally or directly supervise.
