About The Role

As a Research Associate in the Lab Sciences department you will work independently in the day to day laboratory operations and collect and review data. Also support the activities of various service groups including ligand binding flow cytometry molecular biology and LCMS/MS as needed. Participate in the creation of study worksheets SOPs and other controlled documents as assigned. Provide support for general laboratory equipment and maintenance as assigned.

What Youll Do Here

• Laboratory Maintenance (cleaning ordering supplies equipment PM etc.).

• Collect and organize laboratory data according to the appropriate oversight document (ex: Protocol Analytical Study Plan SOPs).

• Create and/or revise SOP and SOP forms.

• Work independently in study-related tasks.

• Perform quality control review of laboratory and study records.

• Assist with method development activities.

What Youll Need to Succeed

• Associates degree in scientific discipline or equivalent education and laboratory experience Bachelors degree is preferred.

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant laboratory experience

• GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) or regulatory experience is preferred.

• Basic to Intermediate computer skills.

What We Offer

The pay range estimated for this position is $23.00 - $28.00 hour rates. Please note that hourly rates/salaries vary within the range based on factors including but not limited to prior relevant experience skills education certification location as well as internal equity and market data.
