Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our team. The Research Analyst will play a key role in supporting our companys growth and development through market research data analysis and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research methodology and data analysis as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and potential risks in the pediatric healthcare industry

- Analyze data from various sources to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions

- Develop and maintain databases of key market and industry data

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and decision-making processes

- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders

- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices in research and analysis

- Assist in the development and implementation of research projects and initiatives

- Identify and propose new research opportunities to support company growth and development

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in business economics statistics or a related field

- 2-3 years of experience in market research data analysis or a similar role

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel SPSS or SAS

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Knowledge of the pediatric healthcare industry is a plus
