Research Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our team. The Research Analyst will be responsible for conducting research and analysis to support our companys growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze data and present findings to inform decision-making and strategy development

- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement research projects

- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate research findings to senior management

- Maintain and update databases to track key metrics and performance indicators

- Support the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives

- Assist with the preparation of grant proposals and funding applications

- Stay current on industry developments and best practices in research and analysis

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Economics Statistics or a related field

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and present data effectively

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools such as Excel SPSS or SAS

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of healthcare industry and/or pediatric services is a plus
