JMark Services Inc. is seeking a Reports and Assessments Staff Officer I to support the HUMINT & Sensitive Activities Directorate within the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Intelligence and Security (OUSW(I&S)).
This role is mission-critical to the preparation coordination and delivery of high-visibility reports and assessments that inform senior Department leadership the Executive Branch and Congress. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment is detail-obsessed and can translate complex data into clear actionable insights.
- Prepare and staff quarterly reports and briefings on sensitive activities for Congress and Executive Branch senior leaders
- Execute end-to-end report production including data collection compilation editing review coordination approval and final delivery
- Ensure accuracy consistency and timeliness across all reporting products
- Coordinate convene and facilitate meetings working groups and the Sensitive Activities Executive Council (SA-EXCON)
- Develop and distribute agendas read-ahead materials attendee rosters and meeting minutes
- Support senior-level engagements with well-prepared briefing materials
- Analyze large complex datasets to identify trends anomalies and actionable insights
- Develop data visualizations that support decision-making at the executive level
- Translate data into clear concise assessments for leadership consumption
- Develop update and maintain data analytics dashboards using tools such as Kibana
- Leverage historical data to support predictive analysis and performance insights
- Enhance reporting capabilities through automation and visualization tools
- Apply statistical methods and analytical techniques to identify patterns across structured and unstructured classified datasets
- Support the development of methodologies that strengthen data-driven assessments
- Support government-led analysis reporting and briefing efforts for sensitive activities
- Assist in the development review and revision of strategy policy and legislation
- Maintain historical records and documentation related to reporting and legislative support
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Active TS/SCI clearance required
- Associate degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum 1 year of experience producing reports and briefings within DoD or the Intelligence Community
- Minimum 1 year of experience using data analysis tools to support reporting efforts
- Minimum 1 year of experience preparing reports or materials for Congressional briefings
- Strong analytical organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-tempo high-stakes environment
- Experience supporting OSD Joint Staff or Combatant Command environments
- Familiarity with sensitive activities reporting and oversight processes
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Kibana Tableau or Power BI
- Exposure to classified data environments and reporting workflows
