Job Name: Roofing Repair Technician
Location: Bloomfield CT
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay: $27-$33 per hour (Based on experience) Company Vehicle Fuel Card
Position Summary
As a Roofing Repair Technician youll be on the front lines delivering critical service and repair solutions to our customers. Whether addressing warranty issues or taking on new service calls youll be responsible for diagnosing problems executing high-quality repairs and ensuring homeowner satisfaction every step of the way.
This role is ideal for someone who understands exterior home services (roofing gutters) works well with tools and can identify issues and fix them the right waynot just patch them.

What Youll Do
- Diagnose and repair roofing issues including leaks damaged shingles flashing and related exterior problems
- Conduct field assessments to identify repair needs and determine next steps
- Complete warranty and service-related repair work in accordance with company standards
- Document work performed with notes and photos
- Communicate professionally with homeowners team members and leadership throughout the repair process
- Safely operate ladders tools and repair equipment in varying weather conditions
- Pick up and transport materials or supplies as needed
- Support additional field service needs during busy periods

- Start your day at our Bloomfield CT office with your team
- Travel to job sites
- Diagnose issues and complete repairs
- Document your work with photos and notes
- Wrap up jobs and prepare for the next day
Who This Job Is Great For

What Were Looking For
- Valid drivers license required
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule that may include Saturdays and overtime during peak season
- Experience in roofing repairs required; multi-trade experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
- Ability to diagnose issues and complete repairs independently
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry materials tools and equipment
Location & Travel
- This role requires coming to the Bloomfield CT office daily prior to heading to job sites
- Youll travel to job sites throughout the area

Compensation & Benefits Disclosure
Compensation for this role may be provided as hourly pay salary commission piece-rate bonuses incentives or a combination of these methods depending on the position. The Target Hourly Compensation listed reflects our good-faith estimate of what we reasonably expect to pay for this role based on factors such as experience skills candidate geographic location state the job is located in historical trends and business needs. Actual earnings may vary.
