Rental Property Manager (Short Term Rentals)

An outstanding full-time position has become available in the Breckenridge CO area for an individual with 3 years experience as a Property Manager managing Short Term Rentals. This position would earn a generous base salary and a loaded benefits package including medical benefits a 401K w/ matching substantial PTO and Sick time rental discounts relocation assistance and other outstanding perks.

Required work experience includes:

• 3 years of experience in Short Term Rental or Vacation Property Management is a MUST
• Experience with managing and scheduling housekeeping services managing booking websites navigating and attending to complaints preparing financial statements etc. is a MUST
• Knowledgeable in Short Term Rental laws and licensing requirements (state/county/federal) is a MUST
• Proficiency with booking software (e.g. Escapia) is a MUST
• Prior experience in Marketing is a BIG PLUS
