Key Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site inspections of properties including interior and exterior assessments to evaluate maintenance practices overall conditions and housekeeping standards.
- Identify and document deficiencies or issues and recommend corrective actions to property owners and managers.
- Assess capital needs and operational risks providing detailed reports for follow-up.
- Ensure all inspections are conducted in accordance with internal protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Support compliance and monitoring activities as required.
- Communicate effectivelyboth in writing and in-personwith property representatives and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to address quality and compliance concerns.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in property management maintenance or construction.
- Ability to conduct physical inspections including climbing stairs walking grounds crouching and moving through parking lots.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with inspecting occupied units.
- Valid drivers license and ability to pass an MVR (motor vehicle record) check.
- Experience with NSPIRE Inspection Protocols.
- The role requires frequent day travel; use of a company vehicle is provided.
