The Rental Coordinator rents and sells Caterpillar and allied equipment to maximize revenue while supporting the needs of current and prospective customersfrom small tools and contractor supplies to large earthmoving and industrial equipment.

Starting wage for the Rental Coordinator will depend on experience and education. $19-$22

Schedule: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

What Youll Do

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with rental inquiries.
• Process rental agreements contracts and invoicing accurately.
• Deliver exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone.
• Support daily rental operations and help coordinate equipment rentals.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

• Must reside in the Riverside or Corona area.
• Strong customer service and phone communication skills.
• Comfortable handling transactions contracts and invoicing.
