Renewal Marketing Coordinator

Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Renewal Marketing Coordinator to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing the renewal process for our commercial accounts with a focus on oil & gas construction and manufacturing industries. The ideal candidate will have strong carrier relationships exceptional organizational skills and a proven track record in marketing or account management.

• Salary Range: $90000 - $130000 annually based on experience.

• Manage the renewal process for commercial accounts including carrier negotiations and policy renewals.
• Collaborate with account managers to transition renewal responsibilities and ensure seamless client service.
• Handle accounts with a revenue size of $25000 and above.
• Focus exclusively on renewals with no new business quoting required.
• Maintain strong communication and relationships with carriers to secure optimal terms for clients.
• Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation.

• Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; additional designations are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a marketing or account management role preferably with exposure to construction oil & gas and manufacturing industries.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
• Soft Skills: Highly organized detail-oriented and driven with excellent communication abilities.
• Work Environment: Must be available for onsite training (30-90 days) and comfortable transitioning to a hybrid work schedule.
