Remote Vacation Planner

We are expanding and looking for motivated individuals interested in helping clients plan memorable vacations and getaways.

As a Remote Vacation Planner youll work with clients to understand their travel preferences research vacation options and coordinate the details that bring their trips together.

Responsibilities:

• Research destinations resorts cruises and vacation packages
• Recommend travel options based on client preferences and budgets
• Coordinate accommodations transportation activities and excursions
• Prepare quotes and travel itineraries
• Communicate with clients throughout the planning process
• Stay current on destinations promotions and travel suppliers

What Were Looking For:

• Strong organization and communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently
• Interest in travel and trip planning
• Willingness to learn travel booking systems and supplier resources

Basic Requirements:

• Must reside in US LATAM Australia UK or EU
• Have reliable access to internet

Previous travel industry experience is not required. Training resources and ongoing team support are provided.
