We are looking for motivated service-minded individuals to join our remote team as Vacation Experience Consultants. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people providing guidance and creating personalized experiences based on each clients preferences budget and goals.
In this role you will assist clients with researching and coordinating vacation options including destinations resorts cruises accommodations transportation activities and package details. You will communicate with clients to understand what they are looking for provide thoughtful recommendations confirm important information and help keep the process organized from beginning to end.
The ideal candidate is professional dependable and comfortable working independently in a remote setting. Strong communication skills attention to detail and a positive attitude are important for success in this role. You should be comfortable using online systems email and digital tools to manage client information and follow up in a timely manner.
