Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic customer-focused professionals to join our growing remote team as Vacation Experience Consultants. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others providing exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable getaway experiences for clients. As a Vacation Experience Consultant you will work directly with clients to learn about their preferences budget and goals while assisting them in selecting personalized vacation experiences. You will research destinations accommodations transportation cruises resorts activities and vacation packages to create customized recommendations that align with each clients needs. Throughout the planning process you will coordinate important details confirm reservations maintain accurate records and provide ongoing support to ensure a seamless client experience.
The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships solving problems and delivering outstanding service. You will utilize company-provided tools training and digital resources to manage client requests efficiently while staying informed about new destinations promotions and hospitality offerings. Success in this role comes from excellent communication attention to detail professionalism and a genuine passion for helping others create lasting memories.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to understand their vacation preferences interests and budget.
  • Research destinations resorts cruises accommodations transportation and activities.
  • Coordinate reservations and confirm all service details.
  • Maintain organized client records and scheduling information.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries through phone email and online platforms.
  • Provide ongoing support before during and after each client experience.
  • Stay current on destination information promotions and industry updates.
  • Build strong client relationships through exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Comfortable using computers online platforms and digital communication tools.
  • Customer service hospitality sales or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
