The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our daily operations by ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of company documentation. This position is ideal for a proactive professional with excellent typing skills and a keen eye for detail. This role offers a competitive hourly salary of $45 - $60 USD.

Accurately type and format a variety of documents including reports technical specifications and internal correspondence.
Transcribe information from audio recordings and handwritten notes into digital formats with precision.
Perform high-volume data entry into our databases and systems ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all records.
Meticulously proofread and edit documents to correct errors in spelling punctuation and grammar.
Organise manage and maintain digital files and records in a systematic and accessible manner.
Uphold strict confidentiality when handling sensitive company and client information.
Provide general administrative support to various departments as required.

Proven experience in a typist data entry clerk or similar administrative role.
Exceptional typing speed and a high degree of accuracy are essential.
Excellent proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite particularly Word Excel and Outlook.
A strong command of the English language with outstanding spelling grammar and proofreading skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities with a proven capacity to meet deadlines.
