Remote Travel Support Specialist (Independent Contractor)

Were seeking motivated customer-focused individuals to join our growing travel team as Remote Travel Support this independent contractor role youll assist clients with travel planning provide outstanding customer support and build your own travel business with access to training mentorship and industry tools.

No prior travel industry experience is required. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.

• Assist clients with travel inquiries and vacation planning.
  
• Research and recommend flights hotels cruises and vacation packages.
  
• Provide excellent customer service before during and after travel bookings.
  
• Maintain accurate client records and booking details.
  
• Communicate with travel suppliers and clients via phone email and online platforms.
  
• Participate in optional training sessions and team meetings.
  
• Build and grow your client base through networking and marketing.
  

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  
• Comfortable using a computer and the internet.
  
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  
• Must be at least 18 years old.
  
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

This is an independent contractor opportunity and is not a salaried or hourly employee position. Compensation is performance-based. Participation includes enrollment in a travel business platform that requires applicable startup and ongoing subscription fees which will be discussed during the information session before any commitment is made.
