• Organizing confirmations and important information
• Tracking deadlines and follow-up needs
• Communicating updates or changes
• Helping clients locate appropriate resources when questions arise
• Maintaining positive relationships after travel

Were looking for someone who can communicate professionally stay organized manage multiple requests and follow through without needing constant supervision.

You should also be comfortable learning online platforms and completing ongoing travel-industry training.

Previous travel experience isnt required.
