Job Summary

Are you the person who loves putting all the pieces together Were looking for a Travel Logistics Specialist to help clients turn travel ideas into organized well-prepared trips.

In this role youll work with travel details from the planning stage through departure. One day you may be researching accommodations and destination options; the next organizing confirmations updating an itinerary or following up on an important reservation. If you enjoy variety problem-solving and helping people this could be a great fit.

No previous travel industry experience is required. Well provide training resources and ongoing support to help you learn the role.

A Typical Day May Include
  • Helping clients organize flights hotels cruises resorts and vacation packages.
  • Researching destinations accommodations activities and available travel options.
  • Gathering client preferences and helping match them with suitable options.
  • Keeping reservations confirmations and itineraries organized.
  • Monitoring upcoming trips and following up on missing details.
  • Assisting with changes updates and questions along the way.
  • Reviewing travel information before departure to help ensure everything is ready.
  • Maintaining accurate client and booking records.
