No previous travel industry experience is required. Well provide training resources and ongoing support to help you learn the role.
- Helping clients organize flights hotels cruises resorts and vacation packages.
- Researching destinations accommodations activities and available travel options.
- Gathering client preferences and helping match them with suitable options.
- Keeping reservations confirmations and itineraries organized.
- Monitoring upcoming trips and following up on missing details.
- Assisting with changes updates and questions along the way.
- Reviewing travel information before departure to help ensure everything is ready.
- Maintaining accurate client and booking records.
- Enjoy planning and naturally pay attention to the little details.
- Communicate clearly and enjoy working with people.
- Can juggle multiple requests while staying organized.
- Are comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Pick up new technology and online systems quickly.
- Are dependable proactive and good at following through.
- Have experience in customer service administration hospitality scheduling logistics or travelor are ready to learn something new.
