Job Summary
Were seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Logistics Specialist to help coordinate travel arrangements and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This fully remote opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys planning staying organized and helping others create memorable travel experiences.
In this role youll assist clients with travel planning by coordinating reservations organizing itineraries and ensuring every detail is handled accurately from start to finish. Youll receive comprehensive training and work with established systems while managing your schedule in a remote environment.
What Youll Do
- Coordinate reservations for flights hotels cruises resorts vacation packages and ground transportation.
- Organize travel itineraries confirmations and booking details.
- Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
- Research destinations accommodations and travel options that align with client needs and budgets.
- Monitor reservations and communicate updates or schedule changes when necessary.
- Maintain accurate client records and booking documentation.
- Review travel plans to ensure all details are complete before departure.
- Provide friendly professional customer support throughout the planning process.
