Remote Flexible Schedule Training Provided

Were looking for organized personable individuals to help clients plan and coordinate travel arrangements in a fully remote environment.

As a Remote Travel Consultant youll work with clients to understand their preferences research suitable options and help organize the details that bring each trip together. This may include accommodations transportation activities reservations and itinerary planning.

This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys helping people researching destinations and creating well-organized experiences.

Previous industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

• Connect with clients to understand their needs preferences and budget
• Research destinations accommodations transportation and activities
• Assist with reservations and confirmation details
• Organize itinerary information and important dates
• Present options clearly and help clients compare choices
• Provide updates and next-step guidance throughout the planning process
• Follow up on pending requests or missing information
• Assist with changes adjustments or special requests
• Maintain accurate client records
• Help ensure each trip is organized from planning through departure
