As a Remote Travel Advisor you will consult with clients to understand their travel preferences recommend vacation options and coordinate customized itineraries. You will assist with researching destinations accommodations cruises transportation and activities while ensuring each client receives accurate information and responsive support throughout the planning process. The ideal candidate is organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple client requests while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

• Consult with clients to understand their travel goals preferences and budget.
• Research destinations resorts cruises vacation packages transportation and excursions.
• Coordinate reservations and prepare personalized travel itineraries.
• Assist clients with reservation updates itinerary changes and general travel questions.
• Provide guidance regarding travel documentation and destination requirements when applicable.
• Maintain accurate client records and booking information.
• Communicate professionally with clients and travel suppliers to ensure a smooth planning experience.
• Stay informed about supplier promotions destination updates and industry resources.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before during and after the clients travel experience.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States or Mexico.
• Reliable computer with high-speed internet access.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Customer service hospitality administrative retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to complete company-provided training and ongoing professional development.
