Remote Travel Advisor for Families

Were a growing remote travel team and were looking for a detail-oriented client-focused professional to join us as a Remote Travel Advisor for Families.

In this role youll work directly with families to plan and book personalized travel experiences from accommodations and activities to transportation and dining handling every detail with care and professionalism. This is a fully remote position with flexible scheduling and full training provided from day one. No prior travel industry experience required.

• Support families with booking flights hotels cruises and tailored holiday packages.

• Communicate professionally via email phone and online chat.

• Design customized itineraries including accommodations activities transportation and dining suitable for all ages

• Prepare personalized travel itineraries and simple proposals or quotes.

• Resolve booking questions and provide solutions quickly and efficiently.

• Maintain accurate client details and booking records.

• Attend optional virtual training sessions and stay up to date on travel trends and supplier promotions.

• Provide dedicated support throughout the planning and travel period handling changes or issues professionally

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail with solid organizational habits

• Self-motivated organized and able to work independently.

• Comfortable conducting virtual consultations and using online booking tools

• Previous experience in travel hospitality sales or customer service is
  beneficial but not essential.

• Reliable self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule remotely

• Laptop or desktop computer.

• Reliable broadband internet connection.

• Smartphone for communication and updates.

• Must be authorized to work in the US UK Australia LATAM or Spain
