Plan Life Care is seeking an experienced and results-driven Remote Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate technology-focused projects that support the organizations operational administrative and client-service objectives.
This position will manage projects from initial planning through successful implementation working closely with leadership internal teams technology partners and external vendors in a fully remote environment.
The ideal candidate is highly organized technically knowledgeable an excellent communicator and capable of independently managing multiple projects deadlines and stakeholders.
- Lead technology and business projects from initiation through completion.
- Develop project plans timelines milestones deliverables and resource requirements.
- Coordinate projects across operations technology administration and external vendors.
- Define project scope objectives requirements and success criteria.
- Monitor project schedules budgets deliverables risks and dependencies.
- Identify potential issues and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Conduct virtual project meetings and maintain consistent stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate software implementations system upgrades technology deployments and integrations.
- Work with technical teams and vendors to resolve project-related issues.
- Translate business needs into clear technical and project requirements.
- Maintain accurate project documentation status reports schedules and action items.
- Provide regular project updates and recommendations to leadership.
- Ensure projects remain aligned with organizational objectives and priorities.
- Coordinate testing implementation training and project handoff activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems workflows processes and operational efficiency.
- Ensure projects follow applicable company policies security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
Because this is a remote position the successful candidate must be able to:

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration Project Management or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
- 3 years of experience in project management technical project management IT systems implementation or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Strong project planning organizational analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience developing project plans timelines budgets and status reports.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- PMP CAPM Scrum Master Agile or similar certification.
- Experience working in healthcare home care senior care or another regulated environment.
- Experience with EHR CRM scheduling workforce-management or healthcare technology systems.
- Experience managing software implementations and system integrations.
- Experience working with third-party technology vendors.
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum or hybrid project-management methodologies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 project-management platforms CRM systems collaboration tools and other business technologies.

Recommended target salary: $100000 per year
Final compensation will be based on relevant experience technical expertise education certifications project-management experience and overall qualifications.
