• Guiding selected individuals through every step of a remote onboarding process from paperwork to orientation.
• Providing a clear professional and positive experience for every applicant you speak with.

• A reliable computer a smartphone and a high-speed internet connection that supports clear calls and video.
• Your own business structure. You must operate as a corporate entity (LLC with an EIN). If you do not have one yet we will walk you through the filing process during training.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage your own schedule while hitting weekly goals.
