Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist Chicago

American Trucking Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Chicago-based virtual team. This is strictly a desk-side administrative role focused on corporate hiring support not field operations. You will manage warm candidate leads and application inquiries in a structured high-support environment.

This position offers a predictable weekly earnings range of $1000 to $2000 disbursed on a 1099 independent contractor basis. Payment is consistent and tied to your screening and onboarding completions.

• Conduct phone-based screenings with pre-qualified candidates who have already expressed interest through our inbound channels.
• Accurately log all candidate interactions and progress milestones into our web-based CRM platform.
• Walk selected candidates through a remote onboarding sequence verifying documentation and system access.

There is zero cold calling or telemarketing involved in this role. Every contact you make is a warm lead from our internal system.

To be considered you must have daily access to:

• A reliable computer (desktop or laptop) with a webcam.
• A smartphone for secondary verification calls.
• High-speed internet connection (no public Wi-Fi).
• An active corporate entity such as an LLC with a Federal EIN. If you do not have one our training program includes step-by-step guidance to help you file quickly.

This is a fully remote position that allows you to work from anywhere in the Chicago area whether that is downtown the suburbs or further out.
