Compensation: $1000 to $2000 weekly paid on a 1099 basis

This is a desk-based office-support position where you work from home to connect with job seekers. You will not drive a truck operate heavy machinery or handle logistics. Instead you will focus on conversation organization and guiding people through a clear hiring path. Every day brings a mix of structured tasks. You will start by reviewing warm leads that have already expressed interestno cold calls or telemarketing. Your main activities will be:

• Conducting phone-based screening conversations to understand candidate goals and qualifications.
• Updating our CRM with notes status changes and next steps after each call.
• Walking candidates through the remote onboarding process from paperwork to system setup.
• Keeping a clean organized pipeline so no applicant gets lost or delayed.

You must have a reliable computer a smartphone for quick follow-ups and high-speed internet that supports video calls and cloud-based CRM software. Since this is a 1099 engagement you will operate as your own corporate entity. If you do not already have an LLC with an EIN we provide step-by-step guidance during training to help you set this up quickly and correctly.

You are not chasing leads. You are responding to people who have already applied or shown interest. This removes the hardest part of recruitmentthe prospectingand lets you focus on building rapport and moving people forward. The weekly pay range of $1000 to $2000 depends on how many candidates you successfully guide through the pipeline.
