This is not a trucking job. This is a corporate desk partner role with American Trucking Solutions and we are looking for a sharp self-driven professional in or around Syracuse to join our remote team. Our company handles the back-office support for the transportation industry but your focus will be entirely on people finding screening and guiding new candidates through our hiring process.

You receive warm leads and application submissions every day. There is zero cold calling or telemarketing involved. Your job is to pick up the phone conduct a structured screening interview log everything into our CRM and walk qualified candidates through a remote onboarding sequence. The work is steady the schedule is flexible and you are judged on outcomes not hours.

Your weekly pay lands between $1000 and $2000 depending on how many candidates you successfully move through the pipeline. This is a 1099 independent contractor arrangement which means you control your own tax structure and time management.

• A reliable computer a smartphone and high-speed internet access.
