Job Summary
This is a work-from-home opportunity with American Trucking Solutions a corporate desk and office support operation. We are not a staffing agency and this role has no connection to driving or fleet management. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional in the Pensacola area who can manage a structured hiring pipeline from their home office.
Income is straightforward: you will earn between $1000 and $2000 each week. All payments are processed on a 1099 independent contractor basis. There are no caps or quotas tied to your earnings and no weekly minimums required.
Your day-to-day will be built around warm inbound leads. Candidates and applicants come to us directly through our online channels and application forms. You will never be asked to cold call telemarket or chase down unqualified prospects. Every conversation starts with someone who has already raised their hand.
Your primary focus is phone-based screening. You will interview qualified candidates over the phone accurately capture their details in our CRM system and then guide each person step-by-step through our remote onboarding process. The work is conversational and process-driven not high-pressure sales.
To do this job from your Pensacola home office you must have a reliable computer (desktop or laptop) a smartphone for secondary communication and a high-speed internet connection. You must also be prepared to operate as a corporate entity. That means having an LLC with an EIN or being willing to file for one.
