• Conducting phone-based screening conversations with pre-qualified warm applicants
• Updating and managing candidate progress in our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking
• Walking candidates through a step-by-step remote onboarding journey from start to finish
• Providing clear communication and follow-up to keep the pipeline moving smoothly

• A reliable computer smartphone and high-speed internet connection
• The ability to operate as a corporate entity an LLC with an EIN is required (if you dont have one yet dont worry: we provide step-by-step guidance during training to help you file it)
• Strong verbal communication skills and comfort using phone and simple software tools
• A self-starter attitude who can manage time effectively without direct supervision
