Remote Talent Acquisition Partner Florence

This is a local call for professionals in the Florence area who are ready to work from home as a Talent Acquisition Partner with American Trucking Solutions. Please note this is a corporate desk position not a field or operational role. We are seeking someone who can manage a steady stream of warm leads in a structured phone-based environment.

You will earn between $1000 and $2000 each week with payments issued on a 1099 contractor basis. Your pay is tied to your ability to guide candidates through a clear screening and onboarding flow using the tools we provide.

Your daily focus will be on warm inbound leads and applicant inquiries. There is no requirement to make outbound cold calls or engage in telemarketing. You will use our CRM to track candidate progress conduct phone-based interviews and help each person move step by step through a remote onboarding process.

To succeed in this role you will need a reliable computer a smartphone and a high-speed internet connection. You must operate as a formal business entity such as an LLC with an EIN. If you do not yet have one we will guide you through the simple filing process during your paid training period.
