All your interactions will come from warm inbound leads. These are individuals who have already expressed interest by applying or responding to our digital campaigns. This role is strictly about screening and nurturing these existing connections not hunting for new ones through telemarketing.

• Conduct phone-based screening calls with pre-qualified candidates to evaluate their fit for specific openings.
• Maintain accurate records within our CRM system updating candidate progress and statuses daily.
• Guide each candidate through a remote onboarding sequence ensuring all documentation and steps are completed on time.
• Collaborate with the internal hiring team to relay feedback and coordinate next interview phases.

• A reliable computer and smartphone plus high-speed internet access to handle video calls and CRM software.
• Operate as a legitimate business entity (LLC with EIN is required). If you do not have one we provide step-by-step assistance during your training to get you set up correctly.
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to ask probing questions during phone conversations.

This position allows you to work entirely from your home office avoiding commute times on I-65 or around town. You can set a schedule that aligns with your daily life as long as you are available for candidate calls during standard business hours.
