We are seeking a sharp self-driven professional to join our remote team as a Talent Acquisition Partner. This is a desk-based phone-oriented role focused on connecting with candidates who have applied to our open positions. You will be the first point of contact for qualified applicants guiding them through our streamlined screening and remote onboarding process. This is not a sales positionyou are a talent gatekeeper bringing the right people into our corporate pipeline.

Your income is uncapped and performance-based structured on a 1099 independent contractor agreement. You can expect to earn between $1000 and $2000 each week with payments processed weekly. This is a high-volume high-reward opportunity with zero cold outreach.

Forget telemarketing or cold calling. All candidate interactions originate from warm inbound leadspeople who have already submitted applications or expressed interest through our career platforms. Your job is to qualify track and nurture these leads through our CRM system not to hunt for prospects.

• Conduct phone-based screening interviews with inbound applicants to assess fit and interest.
• Accurately log all candidate interactions and status updates in our CRM platform.
• Guide pre-qualified candidates step-by-step through our remote onboarding paperwork.
• Maintain a professional efficient phone presence and manage your own schedule to meet weekly targets.

• A reliable computer smartphone and high-speed internet connection.
• Ability to operate as a corporate entityeither an existing LLC with an EIN or a willingness to file one. We provide step-by-step guidance during training to help you set this up.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort with basic CRM software.
• A dedicated workspace free from distractions during scheduled hours.
