Job Summary

This is a remote position.


This role focuses on organizing schedules coordinating planning details and supporting day-to-day operations to ensure everything runs efficiently. Responsibilities include managing calendars maintaining accurate records assisting with planning activities and communicating with clients through phone email and chat.

The position involves handling multiple tasks updating schedules as needed and ensuring all details remain accurate and on track. It supports a variety of coordination and planning functions across different services requiring strong attention to detail organization and communication.




Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Basic computer skills (email data entry online systems)
  • Access to a reliable phone computer and internet connection
  • Previous experience in customer service administrative support scheduling or planning is a plus but not required
